I have clients who come and tell me what doctors and specialists tell them is wrong with them. My very first question to them is “What do you think?”Â
It usually stumps people. What? Why does what I think matter? How can that help me? No one has ever asked me that.Â
Yet, once they have time to think about it, people can tell me really specific, subtle, important things that are connected to life challenges, big stressors, feelings of emptiness or overwhelm. The words they choose start to unveil beliefs, experiences, and old patterns, running in the operating system and quite frankly, gunking things up.Â

We need both, and anyone who is dismissive of your theories on why things are off balance, should be taken with a grain of salt. The outside experts can be specialist guides that support our innate knowing, but, healing happens when we listen, trust, and respond to our own intuitive wisdom.Â
